Accounts Payable - We will set up Vendors, record vendor invoices and pay bills and produce reports.

Accounts Receivable - We will send out invoices and statements, record receipts and produce reports.

Payroll - We will set up payroll information, taxes, earnings, deductions, employees, write checks and generate reports.

Job Costing - We will set up job cards and enter revenue, purchases and payroll information for use in showing profitability per job.

Inventory - We will set up items in inventory. You will be able to add to inventory when items are purchased, deduct from inventory when items are sold and adjust inventory quantities as needed to compare with physical inventory counts.

General Ledger - We will set up the Chart of Accounts, set up financial statement formatting, reconcile computer data to bank statements for audit trail purposes, balance subsidiary ledgers to the Trial Balance and create reports for "Internally Prepared, Unaudidted" Financial Statements.
